Welcome to Kaur Eggless Bakehouse. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Orders & Availability: All baked goods are made fresh to order and depend on ingredient availability. Orders are confirmed only after payment and written confirmation. Product details, designs, and prices may change without prior notice.

Payments & Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50%) is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or delivery. Accepted payment methods will be shared during the ordering process.

Cancellations & Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once confirmed. Cancellations made at least 7 days before pickup or delivery may receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit). No cancellations or refunds are accepted within 7 days of the event. Because our products are perishable, all sales are final once collected or delivered unless there is a clear error on our part.

Pickup & Delivery: Please arrive on time for pickup. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or weather. Once the order leaves our premises, responsibility for handling and storage lies with the customer.

Allergens & Dietary Information: All our products are 100% eggless, but our kitchen may handle nuts, gluten, dairy, and soy. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order. We do not guarantee an allergen-free environment and cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions.

Custom Orders & Design Variations: Each creation is handcrafted—small variations in color, decoration, or design may occur. Reference images are for inspiration only. Fresh florals or toppers may vary depending on seasonal availability.

Complaints & Quality: If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with photos. We will review and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

Photos & Marketing: We may photograph our baked goods for marketing or social media unless you request otherwise before pickup. All photos and designs remain the property of Kaur Eggless Bakehouse.

Liability: Our total liability for any issue will not exceed the amount paid for your order. We are not liable for damages or issues after pickup or delivery.

Updates to Terms: We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version active at the time of your order applies.
